The real upgrade has not even begun yet:

"We'll see larger numbers of enterprises start deploying Windows 7 in earnest in the second half of 2010 at the earliest. Along the way, we'll see an increase in interest in migration tools and services, as well as in image management and storage." Andrew Garcia, the tech guru at Eweek

Seagate will be a major beneficiary here as enterprises start deploying Windows 7 in a major way, and for some of them, discovering how much storage they are going to need (for migration and for storage). So however rosy Seagate's income level is right now, it will pale in comparison to the tidal wave coming mid-year 2010.
