To be honest, I don't know enough about constitutional law to discuss it intelligently, and make no pretense about it.

I thought your reference to "ordinary" had to do with the process, which appears to me to be anything but "ordinary".

From having heard experts on constitutional matters talking about it on the news -- and Mark Levin is certainly such an expert, it does seem that the likelihood of numerous constitutional challenges is high.
