the downside would come if RZ doesn't pan out no matter what other promising properties EC has, the market is watching EC for RZ only, I wouldn't want to sit on dead money for a year or more hoping to at least get my money back, that being said I'm betting on RZ to hit, if the Brazil play can pay all the bills so much the better.
