i wish vosilla would take a side trip up to atlanta and buy my daughters condo.... she's been trying to unload it for over a year, was unable, but decided it was a good idea to buy a house because of the first time home owner credit (husband qualified because he sold his property over 3 years ago) felt the pressure because of the november 'deadline' which no longer exist at least she was able to rent it (net cash flow negative slightly and she's thrilled<g>)
