You have a lot to learn on the topic before you could be interesting to debate.

they are both volunteering their own metrics and targets for reduction.

They are not volunteering anything. They are kinda sorta discussing a possible reduction in the rate of growth of their output. The only way they will discuss it is if we volunteer to pay them to reduce the rate of growth. We have to pay for any monitoring, we have to pay for...

It takes an idiot willing to discuss borrowing from them to pay for the cost of monitoring them. On foreign policy Obama is a moron and a fool's fool. If he listened to Hillary he might not make such a fool of himself so often.

You don't really care what the issue is or how Obama is actually performing.

Wrong, see above.

you want Obama to fail at everything, even if it hurts this country.

Wrong. You otoh are willing to give him license to destroy the nation and then will blame everything Obama screwed up on Republicans: "If only they supported the destruction of the country Republicans would be less horrible."

A fine example was when Obama announced his Afghanistan decision, which was a repudiation of what the left wanted and was exactly what the GOP wanted. Instead of just saying that Obama did good, the GOP said his speech wasn't good enough. What a joke. That says it all. He can do no right in your eyes, only because he's not a member of the GOP.

Do you homework sonny. Before attacking me on what your media handlers told you Republicans said you might try reading what I wrote and posted on the subject. People who smear others with broad strokes without caring to find out if the graffiti fits are not very interesting.

I criticized Obama for dithering nearly four months after his hand picked General made a request. He only talked to his general once in that time. I did not criticize him for sending troops.

I did criticize Obama for telegraphing a strategy and a time line they had to hold out beyond before our departure would leave terrorists as the sole players on the field.

It is true that if he had made the commitment when asked that the American people would have been more supportive of it. Dithering cost public support.

I applaud Obama for learning from McCain and President Bush. He borrowed from the successful surge strategy in his support for what he called a just war during the campaign.
