Hello Steve. Let's suppose you sold your position in GHE tomorrow for .41, and on Thursday, the co. reported two very good drill holes and a very good bulk sample, which moved the stock to .60. Would this be considered withholding good news in your paradigm? Four of the last five news releases from this co. have been on Thursday, but I am quite sure they had the results many days previous to the release. I do not profess to be a securities lawyer by the way, and agree that responsible co.'s should report news promptly, good or bad. It just doesn't happen as often as you think, IMHO. Hugh
