A leader whose only real influence is through fear is far inferior to a leader who can get people to follow him and do what he asks because they are inspired by him. That is the real difference between Bush and Obama. This is all off topic. I'll simply note that Obama has not gotten anyone to follow him and do what he wants. Check Iran, NK, China, Russia ....
