I've only run one company but the significant number here is the profit on the
incremental increase in revenue which looks like 10%. Once you identify the
breakeven point then the margins start dropping the gain to the bottom line.
Treating the last dollar earned the same as the first will never look good for
any company. You remind me of a manager who sent me a report showing he
reduced errors by 150% in the last quarter.
