Hi Bill, I don't recall who put me on to FIXC. It was 2 yrs ago when
the stock was trading around 3.00 and had "nothing" of any substance
going for the company. I became interested in it when M. Fixler (CEO) announced that they had entered into a Letter of Intent on a Plastics
Recycling Plant which was basically brand new. The stock continued to
drop until it hit .25+/-. Apparently, insiders began buying prior to
the announcement that the acquisition was completed. I began buying at
.50 to .69. A Stock of this type, prior to any earning being generated is extremely volitile to the point of being somewhat scary.
The idea is to just hang on.

I have found another (potentially) good gamble (they are "all" gambles
until they become a winner such as FIX CORP)

I must make it clear that I'm not promoting any stock. I'm happy to
share info with anyone who requests it. There is risk of loosing your
money. (i.e.; those investors who purchased Fixc 3yrs ago when it was
an IPO at $3.00 and didn't conduct their due diligence prior to buying
at that time at the $3.00 level, were not very happy campers when it hit the .25 level.

The newest find is MIS International, Inc. (BB:MISM); a holding Co.
(which will create Francise Operations of the successful Businesses)
plans to acquire successful retail operations of one type or an-
other. Currently, has 12 Pretzel Twister & Fruitshake Stores located
in major malls in Canada. Letter of intent to acquire "53 Auto Servicing Stores" is in the works. Their operation in the Auto Servicing is called Wheel-to-Wheel (one store in operation at this point). 53 additional stores with a gross revenue base of $20mil/yr
would make a nice addition. Stock is "extremely" volitile. The spread
(ask vs bid) is an absolute joke, so don't laugh to loud.
MIS's phone #905/890-6442.

This profile is a mirror-image of YogenFruz when it was 1.00 just 3yrs
ago. Today, it is $9.00 and is the 2nd largest francisor in the world
2nd to the Yellow Archs.

Francisors, if MGMT is strong, can be extremely successful.
Good luck with your investing. Ken
