"Tuesday is STILL Soylent Green Day!" Netflixed Soylent Green and watched it last night. I hadn't seen since it came out in '73. It freaked me out as a kid. Still kinda does now. Man, they had a lot of today's issues sussed out pretty accurately. Global warming (they actually used that phrase) has NY in a constant summer heatwave. Soylent Corp. (Monsanto?) controls the world's food supply. Unemployment is at 50%. No one can read anymore. Pretty women treated as little more than "furniture". We're 36 years into their 50-year scenario. Watch out for the people movers!
