I'm not expecting much if any rise the next couple of years. The pundits have it all wrong saying prices at least in FL will drop another 25-30%. We've already taken an incredible hit back to 1997-2000 in most areas if you look at real comps and not asking prices, but have flattened out since the spring to the dismay of permabears and also bubble bagholders alike who all seem to be totally confused...lol
