Well i didn't see the contract. I know nothing about the Arbitrators and what the deal is with that. I would think if you read the language of the contract closely you can tell wether or not you would get a fair shake or not. I know a guy whose 5 year old daughter was run over by some nut job while she playing in her sandbox. The guy was high on something and backed over her and killed her instantly. I'll tell you this, the guy was found dead a few weeks later. No suspects, no motives. She would be a 21 year old woman today.
