Who is buying spec houses? You know what I do and to compare that to some techie in Silicon Valley buying $500k shacks in MLS that rent for $1500 a month is hilarious. Lots of sour grapes to go around I see these days and I'm not even talking about the bubble bagholders you guys love to crack jokes about even now. Where are the brain surgeons who pumped SRS as the best way to protect yourself or even profit from declining home values? Face it Wall Street fleeced everybody to a certain extent but it is how you move forward that matters. We all got the reset button... time to move one...
