Thanks for sharing the message from Cynthia.
First reference I've seen that named the investment banker as Broadview Associates.
Lots of info on them at (where else) WWW.Broadview.com
They specialize in high tech ventures,due diligence etc.
and have worked with a broad spectrum of companies large and small.

Noticed that Edusoft had undated their web page Oct 27 under NEWS to announce 4 new or ungraded products.
