I am an attorney (with substantial securities law experience) and have read the S-3. What is it that you want to know?

John - maybe you can answer a question regarding securities law: There's a form (the number escapes me right now) a company has to file with the SEC when significant events occur that might effect a company's future prospects. Would events such as a large order cancellation, a plant fire, or discovery of some drastic design flaw requiring major rework qualify? And how long after the event does a company have to file the report? The reason I ask is the rumors that flew after Cymer pulled out of the Needham conference. Had any of the rumored events occurred, I'm wondering if they'd have required an SEC filing. If so, I'd have thought the absense of a filing would serve to discount them.
