The problem with the rationing in the health care bill is they are trying to hide what they are doing.

I don't see how you can say they're hiding it. There's a board in the bill. The board will report and the report will be announced and reported in the news. How is that hiding?

Death Panels is an apt description.

I don't see how that label can be justified, either. A "death panel" would have to have the authority to deny some treatment that's required to cure or significantly prolong life. No one is remotely suggesting that. We're just talking about rationing payment for a treatment . Under the proposed law, the patient can still get treatment using other resources.
