Del, I am sure there is some lovely, lonely, middle-aged, environmentally oriented lady on the internet somewhere who is attracted to Walter Matthau look-alikes and loves to stand knee-deep in cold water for four hours at a time acting cute and charming while you gig flounder!! She may even be reading this now, so all you nice lurker ladies who have a deft touch with a fish fry, please post!!!
If you don't shoot them with stun-guns, incidentally, how are you disabling them? It is my humble opinion that if you must take lives in order to eat, you should maybe say a few words to yourself honoring the fish for giving up its extended swim through the eternal waters to feed you. The American Indians believed in doing things like that, taking into consideration the spirits of their food animals.
The next time I buy the really good soy burgers, I will write down the brand name and tell you about them. Is the part of Texas where you live a really meat and potatoes kind of atmosphere, or a very Mexican culture food-wise, or what? |
