That is odd I have heard them discuss all kinds of things about the bill, a good bit of which are lies, but not a single admission that the bill will ration and in fact they deny it. I can't believe that any rational person would believe that is is right to enact this bill without a thorough discussion of these provisions and how they will be implemented.

As for gettting treatment elsewhere, that is going to be awful hard to do. They will decide what is covered, the costs will be prohibitive to those who are not subsidized. Do you really think that people would be able to afford alternative treatment in addition to paying exhorbitant insurance premiums.
