Of course what the author doesn't point out is that Saab is a shadow of the industry that it once was and employs very few people in Sweden. When an industry has very little impact on the economy, its very easy to let it drift off into the sunset.

You know, Tim, this BS has to stop. You all will do anything to prove you are right no matter how wrong you are. This country, not Sweden, can't afford such BS any longer.
