The CRA and associated regulations, lawsuits, and political pressure, directly and indirectly affected the top 25 subprime lenders, and well as many smaller lenders, and many lenders, who made risky loans that didn't get the label subprime.

I'm talking about an elephant when there are plenty of mice on the "crime scene" (and also other elephants, as there where other major causes).

You completly ignore the arguments presented to you, repeating "only one of the top 25 subprime lenders was subject to the regulations" as it it was meaningful in the context of the arguments.

city-journal.org
and also several of my posts show why that isn't a very important point, but rather than responding you just repeat the same thing again.
