I agree with your valuing Tai Chi Chuan. I have been studying with Grandmaster (Johnny-in America)Lee Kuang Ming for 4 years and getting much benefit and fun from it. Below is a bio of Master Lee and then a couple of videos of his now deceased, marvelous teacher from Shanghai, who taught and practiced until he was 98--Ma Yueh Liang. His Wife was the Granddaughter of the Founder of Wu Tai Chi, the most meditative(and less dramatic) of the 5 styles of Tai Chi Chuan. Enjoy
