the big losers are...

1. the young - they get to pay for their own healthcare plus the healthcare of the elderly who won't have to pay their own way now.

2. the economy - unless tax increases improve the economy.

3. the marginally unemployed - more taxes means fewer jobs.

4. the middle class who gets their taxes increased as their homes go under water. hey, wasn't that a promise broken? nobody cares?

5. the constitution - forcing the public to pay private companies with threat of fines and jail is not constitutional.
