I bought AMCOR at 7/8 (pre reverse split) in July of 96. I keep hearing optimistic things from my broker concerning their biomass business. It sounds like a win-win-win situation. They buy undeveloped property with not-too-far-off developmental potential. Trash haulers pay to dump their organic refuse on the property. Nature (with a little help) turns the "green" waste into compost. Amcor uses the compost to enrich their grape vineyards. Eventually the property will be sold or developed by Amcor at a nice profit and the cycle continues with another piece of property.

So why has the stock value been hovering around 5 for so long? Has anyone heard anything about how their latest contracts have been going? I understand that they won several but they are being contested by Waste Management .

Amcor listing on NASDAQ is imminent.

Any insight into this stock would be appreciated.

Thanks
Tim
