Its with expressed condolence and sadness that the Chairman of the Board of Flag Resources (1985) Ltd. Mr. Sydney Miszczuk has passed away on December 23/2009. at his home in Hamilton, Ontario. His dedication and determination to Flag Resources will never be forgotten and may his wife and children know all the shareholders of Flag Resources and Golden Briar Mines are in essence apart of his worldly family and legacy. The man worked his whole life for the betterment of his fellowman and it is truly a sad moment on his passing. Sydney built a mansion of love on this earth and now he will carry on to build his family a mansion in heaven. God bless you Sydney!!!
