Good advice. I have olive oil, of course, and will saute as you suggested. I also have a can of diced mexican flavored tomatoes, so I'll be sure to add that. I already planned to add a liberal dose ( hate "liberal", so let's change that to "generous") of chili powder. A couple teaspoons is about what I had in mind. I may go a little lighter as the chili beans I'll add are already a bit spicy. And, I'll skip the BBQ as I don't want this to have a sweet taste, at all.

My next weekend miracle meal is gonna be a pressure cooker beef stew. I've been gathering recipes and combining according to my own tastes. I have about 1-1/2 pound top round in my freezer which I'll start with. More on this later. Ideas welcome, though....
