Yes, this is pretty much the correlation that Jesse found with MZM.

What does Paulson offer that buying bullion or the GDX ETFs doesn't? I assume he needs to be paid the usual outrageous hedge fund fees.

Unless there is something quite special involved, I would think an individual could do as well as him, with much less risk as I expect Paulson plans to juice up the return with some sort of leverage.
