Yes those are about my returns, but over 7 years.I am now more optimistic about the US Airlines in the next 5 years.I would like to sell my Brazilian Real estate but with Brazil capital gains tax of 25% and additional 9% US State tax I will not do that as a matter of principle until moving to Florida.I am also a believer in John Vosillas Low value real estate in South Florida,Las Vegas,California and Phoenix
