Already has (just yesterday, again).

But the very LAST THING we should be doing is to fall into what the hardliners desperately *want us to do*... which is give them the EXCUSE THEY CRAVE to blame all of their internal dissent on "foreign forces".

It's a HOME-GROWN revolt and that's GREAT! (Because that is the only way it can ever succeed.)
