Right! The honest thing to do would probably be to sell the
company for whatever they can get and distribute the proceeds
to us stockholders--or just shut down and distribute the cash.

I wonder how much of the principals' personal wealth is tied
up in Warp stock at this point in time. Not much, I bet!

I suspect that management may just be collecting salaries
until a better job offer comes along.
