anyone who thinks an explosion like this on a plane isn't going to do significant damage is nuts: youtube.com it may not explode a hole in the plane but ANY type of explosion has the potential to do significant damage iow, who the hell cares if the 'intent' was to take out the aircraft by specifically targeting the fuel tank....you want to be inside the cabin of an aircraft with an explosion like that? imagine sitting next to that? had the explosion gone off terrorist 1 homeland 'security' 0
