It was. Palm Beach county went to electronic voting and they voted the supervisor of elections out. Of course the guy they voted in turned out to be bad too and they voted him out. Congressman Wexler was the other culprit and he recently resigned for another job. If the Ballot had been designed differently and/or the people they bused to the polls hadn't been instructed improperly on how to vote... Gore may well have won.
