That's not an an argument. Its not even a specific statement. It could rise to be a specific statement if you replaced "that", with something specific, not that you have to use nouns all the time, pronouns are fine when there is a recent reference to them in the same paragraph, but when your whole post is one sentence, relying on "that" to have any meaning, its a really fuzzy post.

But even if you where specific about "that", you would be making an assertion, not an argument for the assertion.
