MANY years ago I discovered what el mat was about in the history lesson I discussed on BBR, and I did not follow him over to financial collapse, the real question you need to ask yourself is why did shades see something that took the rest of you many YEARS to finally discover - what a prick El Mat was and not to pay him any attention and not to give him power to kick you to the curb? One theme I have tried to stress with everyone from practically day 1 of my time at SI, no question too dumb, no rant too extreme, that I cannot try to engage and discuss with any member so that through dialogue we grow and learn.
I do not need a moderator to pick and choose who I can talk to and cannot or what topics I wish to discuss with them. TJ moderating a thread does not change that simple dynamic, if I say a joke about sniffing coconuts panties, TJ can ban me and his personal values and disgust can kill dialogue on other topics that may be profitable for investors here. You have simply traded one dictator for another, the trick kiddies is to remove the system that empowers any dictator over you or accept your servitude and what has happened with El Mat will just play out again with TJ and then with the next person behind him - the thing about power is that it corrupts. Once a poster named TH wanted me to start my own thread to be like MISH - shades shades of the universe - I do not want to be corrupted. I already have enough corruption to fight without my own.

I didn't give el mat and jay the satisfaction after what happend in BBR many many years ago - what took the rest of you so long to come to my conclusion? You will never make it in this hard cold world taking a decade to figure out what only took me a few months.

Whatever I post, I didn't go over to financial collapse after the sillyness El Mat displayed in BBR, but the rest of you sheeple followed and it took you YEARS later to learn what I knew to be true YEARS ago - you all are following in my footsteps. You couldn't learn from my example, but I am usually years or even decades or eons ahead of the crowds, so I can wait for you babes to catch up and learn from your own experiences since you won't learn from mine ;)
It took this long for you to learn about El Mat, listen at mine and ilaines wisdom about TJ, don't take years to realize that one either. Silver tongued wolves in sheeps clothing do not have your best interests at heart.
Still why will no one answer my simple question, why go through the effort to change the moderator of Financial Collapse when you all could have just picked up your marbles and went over to some other sandbox? What was so hard about posting in other threads or starting new ones? I speculated people were creatures of habit and too lazy to update thier bookmarks to point to a new thread, or in SI BOB's lesson - to go to a whole new webboard - which I did. Thankfully breaking the chains to this place allowed me to find many other viewpoints and ideas from blogs and discussion boards all over the internet away from SI and greatly expanded my horizons, group think is dangerous young skywalker. Variety is the spice of life. Take a year or 2, walk away from financial collapse, from SI, as the actor who played obi one in the original star wars told a kid once, never watch that movie ever again. |
