I believe that no new social programs should ever be created unless they are paid for with either new taxes or cuts in spending elsewhere.

Then how in hell can you support Obama's health care reform. It will EASILY add 2-3 trillion, probably twice that, to our deficits over the next 25 years.

Even if CBO's #s came though, it will easily be a off by a trillion in the first ten years. But CBO admitted, THE DAY AFTER PASSAGE, that their numbers were off by a HUGE AMOUNT OF MONEY. How can you not be aware of this?

Hell, it doesn't even include the doc fix which is 300 Billion staring us in the face RIGHT NOW.

This program will cost trillions over the first 20-30 years, and like Medicare, will grow without bound after that. And this doesn't even ADDRESS the added cost to the states of Medicaid services, 100s of billions of dollars in unfunded mandates.

I'm sorry but your statement above is totally incredible. You can't support this legislation and at the same time say no new programs should be created unless they're paid for.
