No, seriously. For 1.1 trillion of your dollars, you think your premiums are going to go down? You think the government is going to somehow subsidize you with that 1.1 trillion? I didn't find that anywhere in what I read about it.

As to your point about the GOP, I have heard them offer a number of common sense proposals that were rejected by the ruling party. Any "healthcare reform" bill that doesn't contain tort reform, interstate competition and drug pricing reform isn't a reform bill at all. The fact that the ruling party has excluded the three most sensible ideas just proves it's a money and power grab, rather than any reform of the healthcare system.
