Where on earth did you get THAT idea? Oh, CBO? Let me tell you what CBO doesn't take into account.

When you dump millions of people onto Medicaid, which pays providers a FRACTION of what private insurance pays, who do you think is going to make up the difference? I'll answer: YOUR HEALTH INSURANCE COMPANY. It is called "cost-shifting" and it has been going on for years. Providers sure as hell can't take the hit; they're already getting blasted by the legislation.

Is your health insurance company going to take that sitting down? Hell no. They're going to increase premiums. They have no choice in the matter.

You really do not comprehend what is happening here.
