The number 253, it appears, has ominous significance for the Obama administration and its national security policies:

253 is a factor of the five digit number 19987 (79x). Encoded in this number is the year 1998 (first four digits) and the date 8-7 (last two digits) giving us the date 8-7-1998 when al Qaida led a devastating twin attack on two US embassies in Africa* killing 200 people and injuring 5000.
