If anything, I think the insurance companies are popping the champagne corks, because this bill gives them 30 million new customers by gov't mandate.

But it is also requiring them to take all comers.

I have no idea how insurance companies "feel" about this.

It is pretty difficult to imagine that Harry Reid, in consultation with Rahm Emmanuel might have crafted legislation that the insurance companies would find to be advantageous.
