What do you think will happen when this document gets approved by your beloved UNSC?

Will it be "approved" under Chapter VII of the UN Charter?

If so, then the UNSC will have to ACT (physically) to enforce it.

If not, then it's no different than any other UN resolution. It has no "force of law" and is a mechanism for arbitration and conflict resolution.

Of course, arbitration requires TWO WILLING PARTIES that acknowledge each other's legitimacy and authority to negotiate.

I don't suspect that Hamas is ready to recognize Israel, or even engage in an actual peace treaty with Israel. That would violate the Hamas charter and undermine their political agenda.

And any credibility related to "peaceful intentions" on the part of Hamas are certainly undermined by the public statements of prominent Hamas leaders:
