Will it be "approved" under Chapter VII of the UN Charter?

If so, then the UNSC will have to ACT (physically) to enforce it.

What are the chances?

Of course, arbitration requires TWO WILLING PARTIES that acknowledge each other's legitimacy and authority to negotiate.
Would Israel recognize the suffering that it cause and pay compensation? Would Israel allow the right of return? Would Israel dismantle the illegal settlements and withdraw to 67 borders? Would Israel lift the blockade on Gaza? Would Israel recognize the right of the Palestinians to exist? We only hear one side of the story.

You see my friend, Israel is not the victim here, it is the aggressor. Big deal, everyone knows that Israel Jewish, but Israel does not want to negotiate. Why don't you tell us, oh wise one, why is it so important for Israel the need of recognition from the Palestinians? Please consult Nadine if you need to. At the end of the day, it is the American taxpayers that are on the hook.
