Once again, the BK was handled by the courts.

Based on an agreement pushed through by the administration to support the interests of the union.

Just because you don't like the Court's decision doesn't change the fact that it was in the Court's purview to make that decision.

Capitalism under Bush failed badly.

Bush wasn't particularly capitalist.

We were a capitalist country under Bush. His failure to enforce gov't regulations allowed industry to go overboard with greed....and we, the people, are paying for it.

Recessions and financial problems happen from time to time, if capitalism failed, it failed in the sense of not being encroached on and reduced. Having the government take over more industries, either actually owning the companies, or just heavily controlling what they do, increases that type of failure, but the government interfering in the market isn't a failure of free markets its a government action.

Tim, you can pretend all you want but most Americans know better. Over the past ten years, the little guy got screwed big time while big biz partied like it was 1999. Why do you think the populist movement in this country is growing? Big biz better get more responsible and learn to be good American citizens. or they will get their balls handed to them on a plate. The games are over.
