Posting wikipedia links can provide information but it rarely settles anything, and is meaningless as proof of a position on what being human, or a living organism means. But, lets use your link. "Humans are bipedal primates belonging to the species Homo sapiens" The unborn are primates belonging to the species Homo sapiens, they don't actually walk, but they have two legs for much of the time they are in the womb, and if walking on two legs is part of the definition of being a human, than a lot of people would be surprised to find they aren't human.
