HI GZ,

as always I greatly appreciate your heads up calls on market directions.

It is always risky to expose your thoughts to the weak minds that just criticize.

Just want you to know that I greatly value the help.

Over the years I've always thought that at times like now ,where it is almost anyone's guess as to whether it is a bounce or the beginnig of a larger decline (after a runup of size),I always look for rotation.

If indexes sag as past leaders get tired and new rotational leadership doesn't break out, then we have a correction beginning.

If however past leaders sag,and johnnie come lately's buy the dips, often a rounding top or weak recovery out into the future develops. It takes time to distribute huge accumulations of stock - thus the need for time and dips/sideways teases.

As past leaders sag and tease AND rotational leaders break out - then that is the stuff of "BUY THE DIP OPPORTUNITIES".

After a relatively weak day on Tuesday - I couldn't help noticing that the semi's recovered quite nicely throughout the day today.

I'm hoping this gives us a clue and am watching the Sox index.

I'm thinking this could be a canary in the coal mine.

Here is another one to watch - BIg Cap leaders - BIG Blue

As always - Thank you for your valued thoughts.
