Hi Eric
This was a big year for me, as I finally got into strategy trading and it has worked out well. I do not trade fully automated, but do use several setups on a discretionary basis and have found they provide profits on a more steady basis than the completely manual method I used for years.

I primarily day trade the Eminis, the S&P and Nasdaqs, using TradeStation. And I agree, volatility has changed a lot since late summer. It will be interesting to see what the new year brings. I am guessing it will be slow until we get into the next round of major earnings.
