Yes, REALLY! Somewhere between 40 and 50 percent (whatever was stated in the research I posted) is a STRONG LIKELIHOOD!

So that is a fact. But nobody was suggesting that intervention should take place on that "strong likelihood" (so much for your red herring!). Rather:

"If a woman plotted with her doctor to kill her 3 year old daughter and set an appointment date at the clinic for the murder she would certainly be guilty of conspiracy to commit murder."

SO...please try to understand this, Tim...IF a fetus or an egg or an embryo or whatever is EQUIVALENT (as to being a PERSON) to the aforementioned child, THEN a doctor conspiring with a woman to operate to remove a zygote OUGHT to be "guilty of conspiracy to commit murder."

Now I have claimed that the egg is NOT a person. This is NOT a separate issue. IT IS THE PRIMARY AND FUNDAMENTAL ISSUE. If you agree with me, then we have no argument (OBVIOUSLY). If you disagree with me, then I would expect you to show evidence to the thread as to why a teenager and her doctor (when making detailed plans for an abortion)ought NOT to be indicted, prosecuted, and imprisoned for CONSPIRACY TO COMMIT MURDER.

If you play stupid stupid with me you will not get any farther than greg or e gets. I can translate any bullshit back into the common tongue understood by common people. You ought to consider that...
