Ok, my problems are over.

In one of my thrift shop ventures, I found,today, a "Deluxe Vintage Enhancer" NIB. It "enhances the flavor of wine and liquor in minutes with electromagnetic waves that give the beverage a taste as if they had been "aged" or "cellared" for years." It appears to be an odd semi-bucket in which you place a whole bottle.

First, I'll try a blind test with that Shiraz.

If it doesn't work I helped my local hospital buy a new CAT scanner.
