I'm so very surprised the Doctors across the country don't unite and tell the citizens and the entire Congress and Adm how it really is!!!

The recent Doctor bills from the surgeon that did the highly specialized neurosurgery and care for the previous hospital situation that brought me to the surgery, were expensive, BUT when you consider what was done, the hours it took to prepare, the experience that he had to gather over the years, etc, we felt the price was reasonable. However, what Medicare paid toward the bill was about 1/5 of the actual bill. And the expensive Supplement Insurance to Medicare that I carry paid next to diddlysquat toward the surgeon's bill.

How can we expect Doctors to stay in business, with expensive staff, rent, utilities, benefits, taxes, etc etc etc....

And most of the people over 65 on Medicare can't get any other type of insurance because of State interference with what insurance companies can even do business in their state.

So just what are the people over 65 to do?????

We sell oranges, peppers, toys, computers and all sorts of items intrastate....The Government at all levels needs to "butt out".....
