U.S markets to open sharply higher New York, Nov 3: Wall Street stocks are set to open sharply higher with the key Dow Industrial Index seen up 100 points at the opening Monday, taking its cue from Hong Kong's six per cent rise overnight. Investors will also pay special attention to rising oil prices due to tensionns surrounding Iraq's dispute.
