Interesting post on SH about the property that Vale staked: renniwt520 1/1/2010 9:15:11 PM \| \| 39 reads \| Post #27776901 "I've been a SH of Cornerstone starting back when Noranda was their JV partner and the claim block was I think much larger than what Vale has right now. I looked at gis.geosurv.gov.nl.ca and exploded the view of the Bonivista Penn. area and I'm pretty sure that Cornerstone had all that at one time looking for stratiform copper deposits. The claims they still have I think is where they had best results. Maybe there is something there because Phelps Dodge, Noranda and now Vale are willing to spend serious money there. Lets hope that if there is something there Cornerstone's ground is part of the action. This revived play could add some momentum thats a bit of a surprize. Maybe Vale will want to JV Cornerstone's ground. It wouldn't be the first time something was discovered after being worked over several times. Where there is smoke there usually is fire."
