Thanks for posting that. I saw it following a thread question a few days ago but didn't think to post it. I'm claiming senior moment for that (built in excuse for most anything these days...I like it) :-). Looking at the manual it states it works for WD drives only. I really wonder if that's true and if it is, I'll bet there's a tweak out there that makes it work for any drive. The manual says it's version 11 which would make it Acronis 2009. I will repeat what you said.

There is no excuse for anyone following this thread to NOT image their computer and protect themselves from any computer disaster excluding hardware failure. Even with that, replace the hardware and back up and running in no time.
